Morse KE-4 is an innovative, flexible and reliable electronic precision control system for boats from around 28 feet in length. The electronic shift and throttle control provides users with instant response, high performance controls for inboard, outboard (single or twin) and stern-drive engines. Up to four control stations can be controlled using KE-4 on a variety of engine configurations including dual station, three station, fly bridge and remote applications.
Easy to retrofit, Morse KE-4 provides users with finger tip electronic control from a choice of control heads. Users can select from single lever, single and dual function configurations, and each control head features a built-in station switch. These tactile, ergonomically designed controls have eliminated shift and throttle feedback, making boat control easier and less tiring. Designed to simulate the mechanical controls it replaces, KE-4 is intuitively easy to use and comfortable to use on any type of boat.
A useful optional extra is the hand held Remote Docking Accessory. With all the same functions as the installed KE-4, the Remote Docking Accessory can be positioned anywhere in the boat, and has a 25 foot cord enabling the skipper to move around the deck to ensure a clear view of the boat and the pontoon at all times.
Morse controls have the highest reputation for reliability and KE-4s electronic controls mean that there are no cables to fail or require adjustment. Self-diagnostics continually monitor the controls operation and status. A visual alarm will instantly alert the user to a problem and there is a mechanical back up should all electronic power on the boat fail for any reason.
